Positive: Location literally couldn’t have been better - quiet and felt like you were in the middle of nowhere, but actually it was central to everywhere. Great beach just minutes away and choice of 2 lovely pools to enjoy. Breakfast was delicious and changed every day with plenty of options for vegetarians/vegans. So glad we chose to stay, the staff were wonderful and it was our place in Ko Samui without doubt. Cafe Madrid pizza just across the road served the best pizza ever Lamai cooking school was also fantastic. An excellent stay all around, stayed 6 nights and wish we didn’t have to leave.

Positive: Size of room, there was a lot of space. Great Thai restaurant across from the hotel.

Negative: Staff not very helpful. I put in a request when booking which they claimed they had never received. I would have understood that they could not comply with the request due to whatever reason, but stating that they have not received it, is very unprofessional. Lower pool access room very dark, feels like a basement room, damp on top, not recommendable. No soap in the bathroom - and that after what we all went through with COVID. Shower amenities were supplied though. Not enough sunbeds by the pool, at times difficult to get a sunbed in the mornning.

Positive: Very good location, just a minutes walk to the beach and a very nice pool, with a relaxed vibe.

Negative: The in-room service and dining closes at 530pm. So that’s a bit of a put off. But not at all a deal breaker, as all other amenities, facilities and services are top notch. And the food is better than 99% of the restaurants outside, priced quite reasonably for a resort. But one other thing, the WiFi needs a bit of improvement, as it does lag a few times and gets disconnected.

Summary: A beautiful stay, with all the required facilities, services and fun!
