The PARK CENTRE CASITAS condominiums are a delightful getaway for the ESCAPING SNOW & COLD and is located close to shopping, entertainment, and transportation. One criterion we had when we purchased this property, is it needed to be close to the airport; SKY HARBOR (Phoenix) is only 20-minutes away. We are also close to all ground transportation corridors (SR-101, SR-202, US-60, I-10, and I-17).
POOL/HOT TUB (in complex): With a ‘hop and a skip’, or about 100 steps, you are at the pool, hot tube, and gathering place.
KITCHEN, LAUNDRY, and GARAGE: The kitchen has been remodeled and includes granite countertops and new appliances. The LAUNDRY is located just off the kitchen, on the way to the garage. The GARAGE includes a 240V/50 amp outlet for charging your EV (like free FUEL). A picture of the outlet is included, MAKE SURE YOU BRING your own charge cord with the appropriate plug for the outlet.
BEDROOMS and BATHS: The bedrooms are separated by a floor and distance (PEACE & QUIET).

Summary: We stayed here for about 5 weeks between selling our home and being able to move into our new home and it was a great place to be. It has an upstairs with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a small loft where I could set up my computer and work (I was very grateful for that). It has a downstairs with a living room, kitchen table, kitchen and master bedroom/bathroom. It was very nicely put together and clean and organized with plenty of amenities for us and an in-home washer and dryer. My kids loved the community swimming pool and the neighbors were super nice and friendly. Overall, we had a great time.
