Summary: The rental is a very quick walk to the beach which is not crowded and the pool which is partially shaded and a nice escape from the sun. The hosts are fantastic and very quick to respond. The area is beautiful and covered in Live Oaks and Fernandina Beach is a beautiful little town. Can't say enough good things.

Summary: Everything as described is what you can expect and more. "The Trio" were actively responsive and engaged with us from the time (almost the moment) we reserved all the way through the day we left. They even addressed an issue that turned out not to be an issue, but they responded to our text before we discovered the answer to the question that I can't remember what it was. The rooms were spacious and 6 full grown senior adults were very comfortable. Thanks, Trio. It would be unfair to single out any one of the three.
