Summary: Very quiet location. Beach and pool were not crowded at all and the condo was very comfortable and clean. Restaurants were just a short drive. Condo was nicely equipped with even shampoo and body wash and other things you wouldnt expect. We had a wonderful stay.

Summary: When I arrived I easily got through the gate and found the Condo, which was clean and furnished nicely. I was looking for a calm place to restore, and this fit the bill perfectly. I was up in the morning and watched the sun come up and then back in the evening to watch the moon come up. The view of the ocean couldn’t be beat. I ended up by myself here and had all I needed. The kitchen had several coffee makers, and I love coffee, pots and pans, oven microwave, and fridge worked great. I ended up only using one bedroom, but the bed was extremely comfortable. The hot tub, bath, shower all worked just fine. Everything was provided.Beaches everywhere, many natures preserves, an old Fort. Several nice restaurants within walking distance (around a mile). I didn’t rent anything or use anything for on the beach, I just walked them. I did a couple of fishing charters that were great, and Golfed twice.I drove off the Island only once in 2 weeks. I had all that I wanted right on the island, for me this was the perfect spot. I would definitely go back.

Summary: What an amazing 4 days we spent at this lovely penthouse condo. First up in what made it amazing is the location. Wake up, see the ocean outside your bedroom balcony doors. Walk into the living room, see the ocean outside the huge bay window. Walk into the next master suite and see the ocean outside it's own balcony doors. Have I mentioned the VIEW?! Hearing the waves, watching the storm roll in and making sunrise and sunset beach strolls very romantic for our 35th wedding anniversary. Second, the condo itself is comfortable, clean, all items you need for the kitchen included and the complex itself, along with the grounds are beautiful, safe, and clean. Both beds in the condo are beyond comfortable. I still need to find out what mattress is used as I will rush right out and buy the same. Best and most comfortable sleep my husband and I have had in years. This coming from the man who has had multiple surgeries and back surgeries and always has issues with our bed at home. We decided to make this an annual trip and will book with this host again. 10 out of 10 stars!
