This villa is part of the Amelia Surf & Racquet Club which is exceptionally well maintained. Two pools and four tennis courts on property for your enjoyment at this well-appointed community and is a 5 minute walk TO THE RITZ-CARLTON AMELIA ISLAND! Front row seat watching the sea turtles mosey along the dunes and the playful dolphins frolic in the waves.

Summary: Overall, the property was fantastic and one of the nicer units in the complex on VRBO. Every amenity that you would need was available. We had an issue with the air conditioning upon arrival and the the owner immediately remedied the situation. Will definitely stay again.
