You can enjoy the large salt water pool, or relax pool side in the covered eating area which seats 30. Comfortably sleeps 22 people. Large media room with cable, Blu-Ray DVD, Wifi, big screen TV's, game room, enormous eat in kitchen, 2 acres of land and plenty of parking for your guests. This is a non smoking home in pristine condition. We do not allow live bands, or amplified music outside the house as a courtesy to our sweet neighbors. Summary: Our family spent a week at this beautiful home the first week in August 2024, and it was an incredible experience! The property was spacious, allowing everyone to have their own space while still offering plenty of common areas for family time. The home was impeccably maintained, with elegant furnishings and every amenity we could have hoped for. The kitchen was fully equipped, making meal preparation a breeze, and the dining areas were perfect for our large group. The estate grounds were stunning, with lush gardens, a swimming pool, and plenty of outdoor seating areas. We spent our days sharing cooking duties, swimming or just relaxing by the pool, biking, playing pickle ball and just enjoying the other outdoor and indoor games provided. The location was ideal, secluded enough to feel like a true getaway, yet close enough to local attractions for easy day trips. There are a lot of restaurants and malls close by. We spent part of one day walking around downtown Nashville and using the hop on hop off tour bus. Some of the adult family members took in a show at the Grand Ole Opry. The host was incredibly attentive, providing us with detailed information about the area and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail throughout the home made our vacation feel luxurious and stress-free. Overall this beautiful home exceeded our expectations in every way. It was the perfect setting for a memorable family vacation, and I highly recommend it

Summary: This property was amazing! There was so much to do for my kids and grandkids and more than enough space to spread out. The highlight was the pool and grounds. My grandkids loved the dress up clothes, the "princess tower" and the play area. The big and little kids loved the movie theatre and game room. The owners were wonderful!

Summary: We had a great time at the property for our immediate family of 14 adults, and 11 kids (ages 1-14). We spent a lot of time in the pool - perfect shallow end for the littles and a fun water slide for the bigs. Property owners were very responsive. Highly recommended if you are looking for a great house to host family time.

Summary: What an amazing house in a wonderful location. We had a large group with ages from 8 mos. to 88 years, and there was something for everyone. It is rare that a house looks even better in person, but this house does. The kitchen, pool, and living areas were all bigger than we expected. We were blown away. My daughters loved riding bikes in the neighborhood. We also had ping pong and corn hole tournaments, watched movies in the mini theatre, and did puzzles in the games room. The saltwater pool and slide were a big hit. The grill was perfect for the large BBQ my nephew prepared for us, and the double ovens were perfect for the large meals we were preparing. Almost everyone had their own bathroom, which is incredible for a group of our size. Thank you for a perfect stay. Everyone loved it.

Summary: We had a group of 15 who rented this property to celebrate my 50th bday. Everything about this property and the rental/booking experience far exceeded my expectations!
