character of a home built of 300-year-old logs. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths sleep up to 10 people

Summary: The property itself is great, the only thing I would change is highlighting the driveway in and out so it can be better seen at night. Kitchen made it easy for us to do meal prep and not be in each others way. Plenty of room to relax and spread out.

Summary: We came to this home away from home to stay for a little under a week for a lovely Mt Juliet family wedding and to spend some time with family, and to experience some Nashville fun places. This property is as described, clean, well maintained, and updated. Sam the neighbor’s dog came to sit on the porch with us at times; he was a delight and always made sure his visit was wanted as he approached gently. The kids loved him. This place suited our family of 7 with kids well. We did cook and found everything We needed to prepare some simple meals for ourselves. We didn’t use the hot-tub, but that’s a nice option. We really enjoyed the front porch with rocking chairs to sit and relax and sip our coffee (Coffee nook stocked well by Cousins BNB) and could see the neighbor’s cows across the road once when they ventured to that end of the farm. There are cows two doors down too. The yard is well maintained and scenic, there was a small lizard called a blue tailed skink by the porch which was a cool sighting. The property has beautiful trees for shade and the big yard is mowed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this spot to travelers and families. It is a close drive to Nashville, where we visited the zoo, Biscuit Love, and Loveless cafe during this trip, all under 30 min drive from the place. This is near a lovely donut shoppe called donut time where you can have your éclair and cream filled donuts freshly filled! Unique! Really enjoyed!

Summary: This house is super cute and charming. Nicely decorated, great location, quiet, great for family gatherings. We had to call the house manager several times re: issues with cleanliness, smoke detector beeping, & remote control not working. However they were very kind and responsive. There are a few things lacking that prevent me from giving 5 stars: there are NO dressers in 3 of the 4 bedrooms, there is nowhere to place your toiletries in the primary bathroom, there is a lack of seating in the living room (the space BEGS for a larger sectional), & 1 of the full bathrooms is on the first floor nowhere near the bedrooms. The tile in the master shower isn’t installed properly and there is a pool of water that just sits on the floor of the shower after using it (yuck). I am a home stager and set up rental properties for a living so I know what it takes to maintain a property (renters can beat things up pretty bad) but this one has areas for improvement. Still cute tho.
