Positive: The host, Rani, was gracious, helpful, and a pleasure to chat with. The location was not only very convenient to amenities and attractions, but had a spectacular view.

Negative: There was some minor noise from a landscaping or building project happening at the house next door - but not so much that it drove us indoors, and it stopped at a reasonable time in the evening. No fault of our property host!

Positive: This was a beautiful spot to spend a couple of nights away with a friend. The hosts are lovely. Comfortable beds and a great living room space. There is no kitchen sink, but the host took our dirty dishes and brought them back clean. Plenty of outdoor eating space, where we enjoyed the fruit and pastries we brought with us for breakfast.

Positive: Rani was a wonderful host and the ground floor suite is stunning. She met us on arrival and spent a lot of time providing tips and directions for sites and restaurants worth a visit. The rooms are large with upscale furnishings and well provisioned with basics (coffee, shampoo, etc.) Appreciated the full size coffee maker, kettle and mini fridge. The view truly is spectacular. The grounds are beautifully organized/decorated and maintained. Located quite close to the international airport and Sydney.

Negative: A larger food prep counter and sink in kitchen area would be helpful along with a table and chairs inside for chilly day meals. No coffee shops close enough to walk to.
