Positive: When we arrived there were fresh pastries and cold water in the fridge. There were small packages of condiments, mustard, ketchup, peanut butter, jams, jellies - not a container that someone else left in the fridge. The unit is very close to the airport, we thought we would hear planes all night long - we did not hear one plane fly over. The community was very peaceful.

Negative: The exhaust fan in the bathroom was very dirty and mucky fingerprints on the doors.

Summary: This unit is our new favorite vacation rental and will book again.

Positive: Location was good, nice neighborhood Clean. The extra touch was our host left bread and milk along with peanut butter and jelly also amazing apple turnovers. Made breakfast and lunch a breeze. Plenty of K-cup choices for morning coffee
