Riverfront 1 bedroom studio type cabin. This is one of three cabins that are an addition to our 5 star rated home listing #907570 which is perfect for families or larger groups.
This 400 square foot cabin will have an open floor plan with all high quality furnishings as well as many unique decorations taken directly from the family farm.
The cabin will have a queen size bed and give you plenty of room for sitting back and enjoying the views.
The full bath has a large step in shower with wood grain looking tile.
The kitchen is furnished with a full size refrigerator, cooktop, microwave and Keurig coffee maker which also has to ability to brew traditional coffee. The kitchen has all dishes, dinnerware, pots and pans. Everything you need for preparing meals.
All linens, pillows, towels and basic comforts of one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper in each bath are provided with your rental.
Modern conveniences such as flat screen TV with cable, WiFi and heat pump are a few of the amenities for your comfort and relaxation.

The Reserve on South Holston River is truly a one of a kind property located on the world famous tailwaters of the South Holston River with over 1 mile of privately owned river frontage. One half mile of the frontage is perfectly groomed for your easy access and provides a private boat launch. There is plenty of room for relaxing on the river bank or wading the waters. This is a unique opportunity to stay right on the river and have world class fly fishing right in your back door.
We offer a walking path for your direct access to the river or you have the ability to drive right down on the river bank with a private entrance for our guest.
This property is a unique opportunity to get away for the weekend or a week long vacation and enjoy nature at is finest.

Summary: My husband and I stayed here for a weekend at the races. This cabin was absolutely perfect for us and our 2 dogs. The location was convenient to downtown Bristol and the track (basically 20 minutes to everywhere). The place was super clean and the views were amazing. We really enjoyed coffee on the deck and the peace and quiet, with the only sounds being the mooing of the cows. Wonderful place to stay!
