Summary: Great view of the river and the surrounding farm lands. Fire ring Friday night was the perfect unwind. Quiet, but not too far from the world. (You could lose the security lamp over the driveway... There is already enough light pollution in the world.). Cabin was comfy. Grill was a nice touch. Wind, rain, sun and everything in between. Sitting on the deck at breakfast was the best.

Summary: We have been looking for a simple cabin with great views and this cabin fit our needs to a tee. Studio cabin with two beds kitchen table and living room and kitchen (no dishwasher or oven). Also has a large bathroom with a huge walk-in shower. Covered deck overlooks south Holston river, a farm and mountains. You have access to the river either by walking path or vehicle. Kitchen is stocked with all necessary cooking utensils. Drive right up to the fron door. Did I mention one of the cleanest VRBOs we have stayed in
