Summary: Outstanding property and accommodated our diverse group and needs perfectly. Highly recommend. We were there for a golf tournament at Alto Lakes benefiting Folds of Honor which provides scholarships for families of fallen or disabled military and first responders. Property was very convenient and met all of our needs

Summary: There are not enough words to describe our stay! Craig was a FANTASTIC host and the house was way beyond our expectations!! Our 4-generation vacation was totally blessed with this house and location. Memories were made and fun was had by all! We are looking forward to staying there again, sometime. If you are thinking about renting this property....DO IT.....you will NOT regret it!!!!

Summary: The house is beautiful, clean and spacious. Our family totally enjoyed the accommodations. Easy access and ample parking. Great outdoor decks with grill, firepit and hot tub. Wonderful place to relax with the family.

Summary: The house is both beautiful and functional for a large group. Comfortable beds in the 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect for our family of 9 adults plus 2 infants. The basement has the pool table and ping pong table and access to the hot tub. The location is perfect as well. Owner was also very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend.

Summary: You love the property. Great location and plenty of space. Clean house. Master on my level and a wonderful downstairs game room Really nice patios in the front and on each level on the back. Plenty of parking. Ow era very really and easy to work with.

Summary: We stayed in this house with three families and had a great time! Very close to Ruidoso. The game room downstairs with pool table and ping pong table was fun! We liked that it was away from the majority of the bedrooms upstairs so noise wasn’t a concern. Craig was very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Summary: Our spring break crew (three families with kids between 8 - 11) enjoyed our stay here for a few days this past week. Convenient location to Ruidoso and Ski Apache, plenty of space for all of us to spread out, enjoyed the deck / hot tub / game room / fire pit features. Craig was very responsive to questions. Kitchen was well stocked with helpful appliances. Great stay!
