Just behind the sofa is a dry bar, ideal for mixing cocktails or opening a bottle of wine. A cozy seating space is nestled around the gas fireplace, providing a great spot to relax and unwind.

Flowing seamlessly from the living room, the dining area features a long table with plenty of seating for everyone. Large windows bring in lots of natural light and offer views of the private courtyard, enhancing the dining experience.
