Our home's forested location gives its guests an escape into a mountain wonderland and lets them live their log cabin dreams to the fullest. The log walls and vaulted ceilings immerse you into the calm of nature. The two levels lets friends and family spread out into the home's four bedrooms.
The Kicking Bear lodge greets its guests with stone and wood. A one-car garage allows guests to park their car away from the elements.
The vaulted ceilings and wide windows of the great room fill the space with warm, natural light, and a view of the Teton mountain range. The rustic grace of the great room is further enhanced by the bold decor of contemporary Western art, Native American artifacts, and a large river stone fireplace. Plush sofa, a wood-burning fire place, and a flat-screen television make the the great room the perfect place for movie night. Or you can enjoy an evening of various games found in the cabinet like: UNO, Chess, Mexican Train, Monopoly, Rummikub, Dominos, Backgammon, Connect4 or Puzzles. The great room transitions into the kitchen. Summary: We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home and setting were both wonderful. Our hosts were helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed reading, playing games, cooking and building snowmen when we were home. We were able to get to the slopes or go in town in a reasonable time. We will carry great memories from our time here.

Summary: This rental is just beautiful!! The house is in a beautiful setting with nature all around - mountain view, aspens, and we were visited by deer and moose. The interior is roomy for a large group. We would not change a single thing. The contact person was extremely helpful.

Summary: The location of this property is perfect. We loved being able to reach Jackson, the Tetons and Yellowstone all from one spot. As for the House, it was amazing. We have never stayed in a house as well stocked as this property. From the welcome gift to the pots/pans to the knives, this property had everything we could wanted and more. The decorations in the house were amazing and the view was awesome from the deck. Without hesitation, I recommend this property to anyone visiting the area as we will on our next adventure to Jackson Hole.
