Positive: The location was very convenient. It was walkable to downtown shops, restaurants, and cafes.
Negative: The different security codes were troublesome, but I understand the need for them. The code we got for the lobby was incorrect and it didn’t work. We had to call to get help getting into the building. However, the woman we spoke to was very helpful and we managed to get inside the building. The check-in/check-out instructions were contradictory; one set on the counter by the coffee maker, and one set on the table. For example, we weren’t sure what to do with the trash. We collected it and put it by the garbage can inside the kitchen. We weren’t sure if we were supposed to put it in the dumpster, but we weren’t sure where the dumpster was. The email we got mentioned a welcome packet would be waiting for us in the lobby. You might want to revisit the text of the email. Since the condo is on a main street there is some noise when the windows are open. With the windows closed and the AC on, it’s much quieter.
Summary: Great location, very comfortable, had everything we needed.

Positive: The apartment was absolutely beautiful - well equipped with high end furnishings and appliances. Very spacious. Parking was a major bonus and the location was perfect for downtown Jackson. We’ve stayed at places that look nothing like the pictures and paid rates not commensurate with the facility. This place was actually nicer than the pics (which were still nice)!!
Negative: Only improvement would be to install blackout shades in the master BR and to get a new, easier, lock set for the front door.
Summary: Very nice, would highly recommend this place!

Positive: This property had so many high end finishes and was very comfortable for our family. The bedrooms seemed almost soundproofed. The early risers could be up in the living area without disturbing the late sleepers. Having the laundry room was great. The location was amazing! We could walk almost everywhere. The underground parking was also a huge plus. While remembering or having to find all the codes (lobby, garage, two for the elevator, and a ten digit number for the apartment door) was a little annoying, I appreciated that we were secure.
Negative: Our family of 5 couldn't all take showers before the hot water ran out.
