Positive: Very good location. Really friendly staff. Super clean. Great facilities and free coffee station in the library room was great. Bekka on check in was really nice and helpful and gave us great local recommendations and told us to visit the terrace of the cathedral which was wonderful. Thanks for that

Negative: Only thing to note is that the hotel never sent the link in advance for us to get the free geneva transport card so we had to pay for public transport initially. They need to resolve this issue to make it more seamless.

Positive: Great location on Rue du Rhone near the lake in the centre of Geneva. Geneva is inherently expensive but this hotel offers comparatively good value. The rooms are clean and quiet and the top floor bar / restaurant has two nice terraces and is a good place for a drink or to do some work. Good transport connections to Cornavin or down to Planpalais and Carouge.

Negative: It doesn't have a gym - but then you have the whole of Geneva and the lake to run around if you want some exercise!

Summary: Great location and, for where it is, good value for money.

Positive: The Hotel is in the old town. Very convenient for getting around the important sites. The staff is awesome and very accommodating. The fully stocked bar and craft cocktails were great. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. The AC is great.

Negative: The cozy room is way too small, the foot of the bed is too close to the wall. We didn't like the bed. We found it soft and lumpy. Your head simply sank into the pillow, had to get extra. The reception on the 7th floor is highly inconvenient, and no phone in rooms.

Positive: Staff were super friendly and helpful. They gave us extra hangers as we had both a leisure and business trip so lots of different clothes! Roof top was a lovely touch with good food and cocktails

Negative: Only a small point - the room was very well designed but it is on the smaller side due to Geneva being a more expensive city. With this in mind having a bed base with sharp edges leads to a good few bruises throughout our trip
