Positive: The service and the hotel were great. The front desk helped me tremendously especially Aiman was very helpful and knowledgeable. I loved every aspect about the hotel. The AC worked great, the toilet was clean and new. This hotel is a great pick and has alot of businesses around it.

Negative: Maybe more items in the breakfast menu and a dedicated baggage handler.

Negative: The reception area was like a corridor between two spaces. It felt back to front you walk in and then turn to see desk. Breakfast had no ability to order eggs cooked. The coffee machine was digital and bad experience. It’s these little things that just make the experience not very good. Because of this I didn’t bother going back for lunch or dinner any day.

Positive: We were upgraded to a suite, which gave plenty of space. Room felt quite new, bed was very comfortable, shower was great. Restaurant lovely, breakfast fabulous

Negative: No aircon meant we had to open the window, but were woken each morning at 5.00 by loud noise from the enclosed courtyard at the back of the hotel.

Summary: Nice classy place, but don't get a room at the back
