We recently updated the unit with fresh paint,new LVP flooring, living room furniture, beds, and lighting. We fell in love with this condo the moment we walked in! The ocean views are amazing from our Private Balcony on the 23rd floor. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is on the 23 floor of Royale Palms, next to Hilton Myrtle Beach. It has generous living space that is a perfect setting for a relaxing vacation or exceptional work environment.
For our guests who like to play and explore, you have walking / hiking & biking trails, lake fishing, and ocean-side dining. For nature and wildlife lovers, if you sit long enough on your balcony, you may just catch a whale or dolphin pod going by! Or, even lucky enough to see a spectacular storm roll in right off of the Atlantic. You are close to many local attractions such as the famous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade downtown -- Home to the SkyWheel, the 6th Tallest Ferris Wheel in the United States. Live music can be seen at The Alabama Theater and House of Blues. Shopping, we have unique, curated shops tucked inside Barefoot Landing, and there's Ripley's Aquarium for family outings and Arcadian Shores golf course located right outside Kingston boundaries. Summary: The property is in an excellent location. It is right on the beach yet minutes from a 24 hr CVS and many retail and restaurant locations. It is also conveniently connected to a Hilton Hotel. The rooms were spacious and well kept. Any questions or concerns were responded to in a reasonably short period of time. I would definitely consider staying there again.

Summary: This unit has a well-planned design with a central living area with access to the porch from the living room and each bedroom. There is lovely flooring throughout with nice area rugs. The amenities are very comfortable from the seating in the living room, to the beds, to the extra soft towels in the bathrooms. We enjoyed watching the sun rise over the ocean each day. We truly hope to visit this wonderful Myrtle Beach getaway again soon.
