Absolutely a breathtaking getaway! Our updated beautiful designer inspired condo is nestled inside the exclusive 145 acres of Kingston Plantation, South Hampton tower! We bought this home with plans to move in the future, meanwhile, we are excited to invite you to share our beach oasis! When you walk into our home, enjoy a peaceful serene atmosphere that embraces you with neutrals, whites, and cream color palettes with accents of shades of blues that spread throughout each room.
When you walk in, the ocean waves are reflected in the living and dining area, as you sit facing the tide in our living area with accents including new board and batten walls. New lamps and accessories nicely complement the area. Watch your favorite movie or game on a new 55 inch smart TV with upgraded cable and wifi connection and see the ocean roll at the same time. Walk out on the balcony for an expansive view of the Atlantic ocean and feel the breeze while you sit and enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea in Adirondack-type chairs. New flooring is consistent throughout all dry areas and kitchen. It really doesn't get any better than this!
A handsome designer fixture hangs above the large dining table comfortably seating six. Owner-inspired and original artwork dresses the walls of the stunning ocean-view condo!
Our kitchen, with pretty granite countertops, houses multiple appliances you may wish to use during your stay! A refrigerator, microwave oven, range, and dishwasher you are welcome to use as well as a slow cooker, Keurig/traditional coffee maker, and necessary utensils. Plenty of sweet simple white dishes are ready for your use!
A king-size bed dressed with yummy white linens and fluffy pillows. The balance of furnishings, lamps, and accessories enhance the obvious for a peaceful serene environment to rest easily at night. A large private balcony that is apart from the others offers ample space for relaxation or quiet time for your perfect book. The master bedroom's large private balcony offers a view of the ocean and a lakeside view as you step onto the attached Juliet balcony. The master bath offers an updated two-sink vanity with a huge walk-in shower area enclosed with tile and bamboo patterned glass overlooking the west side of the beautiful plantation. Enjoy luxurious linens to dry with after your shower!
Two queen-sized beds fill house the large second bedroom and rest against a board and batten handcrafted wall for a peaceful night's rest. White linens also dress this room with a breezy, graceful feel. Walk out onto the large balcony from this room or onto its own private balcony!
Extra tidbits:
While you are here, take a walk around the boardwalk on the property. It spans along the oceanfront from one end of the plantation to the other and is just beautiful!
The minimum age for reservations is 25.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
The state-of-the-art gym and fitness center with an indoor/heated pool, hot tub, and sauna may be available as an additional charge. However, the fitness center, Splash Park, and Hilton pools are not a part of the rental! Unfortunately, rules and policies are set forth by Hilton. Their policies may change at any time and are unrelated to us.

Summary: Condo is great!!!! I absolutely would stay again!!I love the two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit, lots of privacy, between parents and kids or another couple! I love the three PRIVATE balconies! Too cool! The views are awesome!I loved how clean the place was. To walk into a place that is smelling well is always a great and comforting thing! HUGE Master shower is cool for sure!! A couple of tweaks and it will rock even more! The beds and bedding are crisp and clean in white and very comfortable! We slept well!I liked the simplistic decor…. Although good Art never detracts and only adds!! Add ART!I loved the easy beach and pool access. So nice!!I loved the security of the area! It means anyone there came through that guard area!I loved the solid communication from the host. Nice and very responsive people. We appreciated the frosted brownies! They were a hit!We would absolutely stay again! No qualms at all! The Condo is GREAT, but could be EXCEPTIONAL without a ton of effort! I offered suggestions directly to the owner to reach exceptional. Things like charging stations, shower wand and rubber mat, ceiling or pedestal fan, basic spices (salt, pepper), aluminum foil, baggies, large skillet, aides for the beach… etc…

Summary: We took a trip to N Myrtle Beach over Memorial Day with another couple and stayed at this beautiful condo. We have stayed at several places in Kingston Plantation and this one is great. This condo was perfect for us! It was clean and neat (looked as good if not better than the pics)! Communication with the owners is fast and they go out of their way to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Summary: From the beautiful balcony views of the ocean, to the convenience of beach and restaurant access, this home met our every need. We were able to sit in the morning sun sipping hot beverages without any distractions, just us, the waves, and the sunrise. This fully furnished home made our son’s final year of high school baseball tournament play in SC, a moment in time that will be remembered forever. As we packed up the car our final day, he looked around and said, “hopefully I’ll be back here someday.” As a mom and as a family we couldn’t have asked for a better time. Thank you so much for making this possible for us.
