Positive: Location is good and room was facing to the Main Street so it was nice to see outside.

Negative: It’s a very old hotel so definitely needs some upgrades. For the price, i would expect better quality.

Positive: I had a 3 days business trip to bursa and I stayed at Royal termal hotel, comfortable bed 🛌 nice room, good selection of breakfast and I had bali massage 💯 recommend , Hotel staff and manager they're all good and helpful, Thank you team of Royal termal.

Negative: They set up two single next to each other but they couldn’t do it properly beds was of from each other and carpet needs urgent attention

Positive: A hotel with a wonderful location, top-notch staff, special thanks to Benjamin and Ahmet who were very helpful

Negative: An ordinary breakfast, no tea or butter, the staff replied that it had run out and there was no more, and basically every day something was missing, an additional minus was the stench coming from the sewage system - after returning from a walk, the smell in the room was unbearable, but this is probably standard in Turkey, as we encounter this problem often.
