Positive: the spa was nice. The breakfast was nice. The rooms were nice. they provide gratis valet parking which is very helpful since hotel is right on the main road so no parking or few options there. THey have a very nice looking restaurant on the top floor 4th but we didnt use it. THe say the spa is great but we only used the thermal springs which is free for residents of the hotel

Negative: THey have a limited take away menu for room service. The staff mostly could not speak conversational english, the telephone in the room did not provide clear instructions on how to call front desk and it was not the ususal 0 or something. It was provided but descretely on the key card which the receptionist could have bothered to mention during check in, The check in was terrible as there were only 2 persons handling 30 odd checkin guests

Summary: Apart from the incidental issues which the hotel can easily resolve, it is a good stay

Negative: There was a strong smell of air freshener in the room. All night there was noise from the ventilation/air conditioning, which we hadn't even turned on. Breakfast is until 11am, and we went at 10:40am. and there was almost nothing to eat and they didn't bring out full plates of food

Positive: Where do I start? We booked in for 2 nights and we were overwhelmed with the hotel and the service. From the moment we checked in with my children, the staff were all very helpful and accommodating. Special mention to Sude at dinner who made a special effort with my 4 Yr old (Shayma) 😄 The breakfast was plentiful and fresh with a selection of bread and fruit. There were eggs made to order and pancakes which my children always love. The salads and meats were well chosen and I enjoyed the extra touches like the honey tap. We stayed on half board basis and were impressed with the restaurant service. IT IS AN a la carte menu but each dish is carefully prepared and we enjoyed the selections on both nights. A very special mention to the Tiramasu which is one of the best...if not THE BEST I have ever tasted. See pic! The spa is absolutely 💯 spot on. The thermal pools are both heavenly and very hot. You will love them. There was also a steam room, sauna, Hamam, shock shower, snow fountain and adventure shower. All amazing...you have to try it to believe it. I will definitely be back in the future!

Positive: They brought fruit upon checking in.The room was immaculate and very comfortable, big yet cozy.I had a great massage and scrub.It was smoke- free,I.never smelled cigarette smoke which was a wonderful change as in Turkey many people smoke.

Negative: It was.a little far from town but across from a taxi stand.
