Summary: Basic hotel service even not provided. Service staffs not willing to speak other than English. Room was not clean.

Summary: Service was very bad. I ordered twice for food after that only they make the food for me. First order the forget to cook food.. So i get the food after 2 hours. Also the food is not cooked well. So we eat a little only. Also evening 6pm to 7pm and morning 6am to 7 am there is no current supply..... Now here in oman its summer season so its very difficult to stay inside room without AC. So total 2 hours we stay in that room without AC
