Summary: Sports activity area areas not operational like Billiards and table tennis. Food was average. Housekeeping needs supervision and instruction. But it was not that bad.

Summary: Excellent hotel, had an amazing stay. Front office staff were very polite and helpful (best service ever). Was impressed with Housekeeping staff and lobby staff. Thank you to everyone for making our stay comfortable:)

Summary: Very good overall (staff, restaurants) but for some reason no more live football in sports bar, which I believe not acceptable for a 5-star hotel. But I understand that not everybody likes football...

Summary: Amazing and unexpected welcoming of fresh fruit and dates with chocolate. That was very thoughtful for a traveler arriving at midnight. Extremely clean room with top notch accessories.
