Rosehearty is a spacious detached bungalow situated on a quiet road in Winterton-on-Sea, with stunning sea views. The property can sleep up to eight people in four gorgeous bedrooms, with two modern bathrooms. Under occupancy discounts are available for up to six guests outside school holidays using the two king size bedrooms, and one twin bedroom.
At the back of the bungalow, a large open plan living area has comfortable seating area and a TV with Netflix, a dining area, and a modern well equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, two electric ovens, an electric hob, microwave and dishwasher. Full height glass doors face out towards the sea, and provide a fantastic view whatever the weather. Outside, the garden is fully enclosed and there is garden furniture on the patio as well as a gas barbecue. Private steps at the bottom of the garden lead to the dunes, and from there it's less than five minutes walk to the beach.
The main bedroom has a king size bed and sea views. The freestanding bath provides a luxurious touch, and there's also a TV in the room. Next to that is a bathroom with a large walk in shower, wash basin and WC. At the front of the property you'll find bedroom two which also has a king size bed, and bedroom three with two full size (3' wide) single beds. Bedroom four also has twin single (3' wide) size beds and is off the main hallway. Under occupancy discounts for up to six are available outside of school holidays when bedroom four is closed. There's a second bathroom with a large walk in shower, wash basin and WC.
In the garage you'll find a washing machine and tumble drier. There is off road parking for three cars.
A maximum of two dogs are welcome at Rosehearty at no additional charge and are welcome throughout the property. They may join you on the sofas if throws are used - please bring your own.

Summary: Rosehearty is in a fabulous location minutes from the most beautiful beach. The view, the house and the garden are perfect for a relaxing week by the sea. The house is very well equipped, very clean and well maintained. Good pubs with good food within walking distance. We will definitely book again.

Summary: Amazing property, our dogs loved walking along the dunes and onto the beautiful sandy beach directly from the garden , private parking comfy beds, nice showers and a well equipped kitchen along with board games, binoculares and playing cards made this bungalow perfect, the view out to sea is priceless. The local pub and village is dog friendly. We highly recommend Rosehearty and hope to return .

Summary: Brilliant location, easy access to the sand dunes and then the beach. Great views and even better you could see the sunrise from the bed in a morning! Our second time staying on that street and booked to come back in July! Rosehearty was extra special and had everything we needed.

Summary: Well - what a fabulous place! Rosehearty is an excellent place to stay - close to beach, private parking, sea views, clean, modern, homely, dog friendly. We could go on - but I guess you get the idea we were very happy there and so was our spaniel Dave! We are very very fussy, and usually end up with a compromise trying to find a holiday rental that offers everything on our wish list - but Rosehearty met all our criteria and more! It is extremely well equipped, with comfortable beds and pillows, soft fluffy towels, well equipped kitchen, large dog secure garden and fabulous views. The walk along to beach to Hemsby is lovely, and great food at the local beach cafe and tea room. A friendly pub serving good food and a lovely fish and chip shop. What more could we ask for. We will definitely be back soon!

Summary: Just spent a week at rosehearty with our 4 Rottweilers, very spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view out to sea, the property was perfect for us and the pack, loved every minute and so have the dogs, would love to come back, if you require quiet and privacy this is just the place!
