Summary: Absolutely would come again. Charming, beautiful, quiet, clean, fully equipped. Host was helpful when directions on listing weren’t quite clear…don’t follow the pin! :) Beds could be more comfortable but didn’t take away from our stay.

Summary: Extremely comfortable and well furnished and equiped cottage in grounds of large private house. Surrounded by greenery and wildlife including hares and deer. Just 10 minutes drive from beautiful walks along River Tweed or Berwick town centre. Great place to relax. Friendly owner readily available but no problems

Summary: A lovely, roomy, welcoming cottage set in a small, well maintained Estate with Woodland drive approach and wonderful border countryside. The property was spotless throughout with all the necessary amenities required. All linen and crockery was provided and clean with plenty of storage room for clothes and Baggage. There is so much space in the Lounge/Diner and kitchen and both the downstairs bedroom/ensuite and upstairs Twin bedroom and Bathroom. We were up visiting friends for a long weekend and its close enough to main roads, but not too close, that we could get about easily to Eyemouth, Duns and Berwick On Tweed. We would highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of visiting the area and would look to book this again if and when visiting our friends. A real jewel of a property.
