Positive: Very helpful and friendly staff. Our room was brand new and very nice. Pool area was nice, even though there could have been more sunbeds.

Negative: Location is quite off track, and the beds were really hard.

Positive: Child friendly and super helpful staff. The location is nice, right by the river. There’s a nice pool and the meals were huge. We did the river and fruit plantation tour which was great and Thoa, our guide from the resort was amazing.

Negative: The rooms/cottages are pretty good with super fast internet and a fridge. The bathroom is very simple and could use an upgrade.

Positive: The room was spacious, hotel area well kept with lots of shade, sitting spots, plants and garden. The pool was the highlight for our kids - spacious, most of the time only for us, right on the riverbanks of Mekong. The hotel manager ( lady at the reception) was very helpful, aranged for us a short boat trip with biking and even went with us as guide. Bikes were available for us during the ehole stay. The area is not turisty at all, we havent´t seen any other foreign turist in 3 days in the village - this was a plus for us, but can be a minus for other people.

Negative: It might be complicated to communicate, because the hotel manager was the only person speaking English in the resort ( and maybe even in the village 😅 ) - but it was not a problem for us, as you can usw the mobile translator. If you want to experience biking and floating on boat through small river paths, other lications on Mekong are more suitable. Facilities are used, you can see stains on wall and some other issues, but it is still comfortable and OK comparing to other accomodations in Vietnam. However, we really enjoyed our stay!
