Positive: My first time in Manali with my mother. The owner and the lady taking care of property, both were nice and helpful, helped me finding taxi, pre and post stay they were equally nice to us, available on every call whenever we needed.

Negative: The washroom could have been better.

Positive: Me and my mother stayed. 3 km from Hrtc manali bus stand. You can hired Auto they can charge (200 to 250 Rupees). Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Roop mountain homestay. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, and front view of room is beautiful. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.
