Positive: If you are tired of Manali traffic, this is the best place for you to have the peace you deserve while on vacation. Brand new property with best staff. I came with my family and booked a suite and double storey room here during our stay. I do not write many reviews but this one was worth giving time to appreciate. So here is a quick summary: -As we booked, we immediately got a call from Hotel, asking about our whereabouts, shared hotel location and details, and coordinated reaching the hotel. -It has good safe parking (obviously no one would like to park on the busy narrow roads, so this was important to me) -A warm welcome was provided by staff, complimentary welcome drinks and coffee was served - Luggage assistance, room and hotel tour was provided. - From entrance to the dining area, everything was so neat and in hygienic condition (For people concerned about Washroom hygiene, it will be a heaven) - Rooms are quite spacious, offer scenic beauty of river, snow covered mountains, and even my washroom had a great View, it was an open view washroom (yet having complete privacy, please refer pic) - Bathroom had jacuzzi, so yey ! Apart from that, it was neat, hot and cold water all the time available. -We had our dinner and breakfast there only. If you are travelling, healthy food is a priority. Dinner was chargeable, but considering the food variety, taste and ambience, the price is too minimal (even a local dhaba would charge you the same). - The terrace was next to the room and you can sip your tea from here while enjoying the great view as hotel is at good height. -Mall road is about 1.5 - 2km, usually people think they would book on Mall road itself, but trust me, book here, park your vehicle here safely, then walk ! Or get an auto/cab as compared to staying in unhygienic rooms and unsafe parking on Mall road. so, overall a great stay and experience here. Totally safe, best food, best staff and service. we had a great time here

Positive: This is a new property which offers exceptional snowy mountain views & cozy rooms with all the necessary amenities. The hotel staff is very well trained & professional, they also offer scooty rent service (again good). My Manali trip was a fab because of Jannat. Keep it up!

Negative: Tbh Nothing, you will get value for money. I am gonna stay here for all my upcoming bookings & highly suggest this property to everyone.

Positive: Staff will take care of you personally. Rooms were clean with all needed things. View from our room is great. We had our dinner there and it was hygienic and tasty.

Negative: This is not what I didn’t like but just a suggestion if possible to implement. Try to get some more parking spots.

Positive: I enjoyed Jannat Resort and Spa so much I booked an extra three days. The location near Vashist temple and hot spring is ideal. The hotel also offers laundry service, meals, and lots of other amenities at an affordable price. It's only a 10 to 15 minute tuktuk ride to Manali centre (200 rupees each way at time of writing). The heating/cooling system in the room is brand new, so works very well. The shower has strong pressure and is hot. This is a new facility that opened in mid-2024, so the rooms even smell new. Room furniture is beautiful too. You can wake up with a view of the Himalayas. It doesn't get much better, so book this place for your next Manali visit!

Positive: I highly recommend this resort, which is located about 10 minutes by foot from Vashist village and temple complex including the thermal pools. It is a brand new property with superb views of the mountains and outstanding facilities at a reasonable price. The restaurant is excellent and on most days a buffet breakfast is available. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The resort includes a gym and lots of amenities such as laundry service. This must be one of the best hotel resorts in the Manali area! Thanks to the great managers and staff members for making my stay so memorable and comfortable! See you next time for sure.
