Summary: We were in town to attend my son’s graduation at Vanderbilt. There were 6 of us and it was plenty spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the place was stocked with everything we needed. Being able to park in the garage was an added bonus. The location was convenient to everything. We were able to Uber everywhere for 15-20. I would definitely stay her again! Highly recommend!

Summary: We loved our Nashville adventure and the house was perfect for 4 of us, and could easily fit 6 comfortably. It was clean, modern and very comfortable. The neighborhood is just ok - though there are 2 adorable coffee/breakfast cafes a short walk away. Everything else was an easy/short uber ride. My only complaint would be that the main road can get a little noisy and we had some noisy neighbors - so bring earplugs just in case!

Summary: It was a great trip, daughter graduated from Vanderbilt, and this townhome had plenty of rooms and bathrooms to fit the whole family. Rooftop was great for gatherings as well. Would stay there again.

Summary: We found this VRBO last minute due to cancelled reservation at another resort. The property manager was quick to respond and we truly appreciated that. Turned out to be a fabulous location and we would happily stay here again! I do recommend a bath mat in the showers as it’s a bit slippery! Also, workers in the complex blocked us in the garage a couple times. They should park in the spots provided, not behind garages.

Summary: This house was perfect for our group's needs! We had a group of 10 women (over 30) and found the house to be comfortable and roomy. The beds were nice, towels were soft (however, there is exactly 1 full sized towel per person, I recommend bringing a few extras if you like one for hair or a fresh one every day, we did a load of laundry mid-stay). Keurig machine but if you are picky about your coffee bring/buy your own K-cups. The common area had plenty of space and the patio is huge! 2 car garage and easily accessible street parking. Ubers/Lyft were easy to get and about 10 minutes and $10-20 to most everywhere we wanted to go. About a 10-15 minute walk to the heart of 12 South. We really enjoyed our stay!

Summary: We stayed for Belmont graduation weekend and the location was perfect. The property is clean and the kitchen has everything you may need! We had an issue with the TV WiFi but the property manager was very responsive and the issue was straightened out eventually. Due to my own oversight I did not realize there was not a bathroom for the bedroom on the bottom level --- just don't want anyone else to miss that detail. We would stay here again!
