Summary: It was very nice place to stay.

Summary: They need to make sure everything in the condo is actually working. The coffee maker did not work, the fob for the door wasn’t there, the ice maker did not work, the chairs on the deck were very dirty we had to clean the mold off. Mold in the shower. No hair conditioner. They need black out drapes, this unit faces a hotel parking lot with big flood lights shining right at the condos windows.

Summary: Great location!! Beds really comfortable! Unfortunately not a well kept rental….. Large stains on bedroom carpets and on sofa. Dirty dishes were in the dishwasher upon arrival. Headboard had a layer of dust on it…..

Summary: Apartment was nice but the sheets on the bed had stains on them and there was pink mold in the shower. Also lack of communication and the QR code didn’t work for what was around the area. Also there was clearly mold in the baseboards of the bathroom as it was warped. There wasn’t even water in the apartment to drink. Also the coffee creamer turned sour.

Summary: As our granddaughter lives in the building, this was perfect for us to visit her. Easy walking to restaurants, the area was clean and quiet. The only thing we didn’t like was the bed. We’re used to a king size, this was queen and the mattress was VERY soft and low to the floor. Loved that it had a washer and dryer and detergent was even there.

Summary: Very nice and comfortable apartment. The area is safe and quiet and a close Uber ride to east Broadway. No issues with communication or access. Kitchen well stocked. Only complaint was our apt. was a long walk from the elevator if you have many or heavy items to carry.
