Summary: The place is super cute and really comfortable! The two things that need to be fixed are. 1. The musty smell. It’s super moist inside, and while I don’t think it’s mold. Our clothes smell and everything smells musty from being inside. 2. The shades they have aren’t a 100% privacy. So at night, with lights on, you can see inside. Even the bedroom. If those two things were fixed, I’d only ever go there. The property is secluded and a 2 min walk to the beach. 15 min (if you walk slow) to downtown.

Summary: First, the room number needs to be more visible. I have to ask a Gas to help me look for the room number. Secondly, the water in the shower was not hot. It was more like lukewarm. I called the office to voice my concern. I did not get a call back. Very disappointing.

Summary: Clean, good location within easy walks of beaches, reasonable rate. Parking is a bit tight but ok, and a necessity in Laguna Beach. Having a full fridge and kitchen is useful, and rooms are a good size. Overall, a place I would book again.

Summary: Nice quiet location. Sort of a B&B without any breakfast. Went to Urth Caffe for breakfast. Nicely decorated. Good WIFI and AC. Small shower but lots of hot water and pressure. Parking is limited.
