Positive: Very nice for us, we have enjoyed the golf installations, lovely greens, the room was confortable and my 8 years old boy got a lot of fun. Definetly I like this place I am planing to go back in some months.

Negative: The pool was in renovation so we could not enjoy this time that facilities this time. There are other places in renovation yet, but once they are done it will be great go back to enjoy all.

Positive: Lovely staff and atmosphere! My daughter loved it

Negative: That i paid £30 for the land rovers and outside play experience. The bouncy castle didn't work outside which was a shame on such a nice day. The following morning when checking out was told I owed the £30 that I had previously paid, after the reception staff done further checks she noticed i was over charged and owed £10 for paying for land-rover experience when it was included in the £20 package and that I was going to be charged twice.

Positive: The whole new play area, arcade for the kids were new additions and was quite great. Staff (Sharon) was very nice aa we were checking out.

Negative: From the last time we were in this hotel, ai thought there were changes in the room that wasnt much for improvement. Our room was nice but it lack life unlike before. I cant explain it but we felt it right away. There was sonethibg wrong with our toilet (it takes a looonnng time for water to refill - pressure issue or something). just not like before.
