Positive: It was great to have a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher, as well as three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The view of the harbor from the living room and the back deck was beautiful! The house was clean, and the furniture and beds were comfortable. A very good restaurant (Earl’s), a small grocery store, and a food takeout business (Jackie’s) were within easy walking distance. The Rocky Harbor Lookout was nearby, an enjoyable 10-15 minute walk, and provided a spectacular view of the sunset.
Negative: There’s a small step leading from the laundry room, which is in the center of the house, into the back part of the house where two bedrooms and one bathroom are located. Easily tripable if one is not paying attention.
Summary: comfortable, roomy home makes great home base for exploring Gros Morne National Park.

Positive: Location, character, new bathrooms, extremely comfortable beds, luxury sheets and towels, very well equipped kitchen, new laundry facilities, comfortable living room and patio furniture, bocce pit, BBQ, very clean and also the family history of the home!!
Negative: No dislikes!!

Positive: Simply put, we liked everything about this house. We felt at home immediately - very comfortable. More than enough room. Incredible views. Very clean. nice neighborhood. Napoleon grill and bike available, that we did not use. This is an old family home with the story on the wall. It made us appreciate it more. I am sure that there are a number of great places to stay in the area, but If I am ever fortunate to return, this is where we will stay.
Negative: Honestly, it was a wonderful experience form start to finish. Kind of hard to leave.
