Positive: Fantastic property with every amenity you could ever need. We were super comfortable and you could tell the owner took great pride in the property. Three bedrooms, laundry, two bathrooms, stand up shower and bathtub. Large back deck with lots of furniture and a bbq. Fire pit, horse shoes and bocce ball in large back yard with ocean views including lovely sunsets. Walking distance to take outs, restaurants and convenience store. We could have moved in!

Negative: Nothing, it was fantastic.

Positive: The location, which was right on the water, was great. It had a big deck with comfortable furniture and a beautiful view. The house was in easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was quiet and had excellent amenities.

Positive: It was great to have a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher, as well as three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The view of the harbor from the living room and the back deck was beautiful! The house was clean, and the furniture and beds were comfortable. A very good restaurant (Earl’s), a small grocery store, and a food takeout business (Jackie’s) were within easy walking distance. The Rocky Harbor Lookout was nearby, an enjoyable 10-15 minute walk, and provided a spectacular view of the sunset.

Negative: There’s a small step leading from the laundry room, which is in the center of the house, into the back part of the house where two bedrooms and one bathroom are located. Easily tripable if one is not paying attention.

Summary: comfortable, roomy home makes great home base for exploring Gros Morne National Park.
