Summary: The customer service was absolutely outstanding. They front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Siao Chou (小周) and Ting Ting (亭亭). They went out of their way to provide us with specific information about local tourist destinations and how to navigate the city. Our Guilin visit went well because of them. The only issue we had was the hotel only had one washer and dryer. They were mostly occupied during early morning and night.

Summary: A small hotel, but nice and clean inside with a view. Jenny is great as she reaches out to the guest to help reserve/schedule attractions and drivers. The hotel is located where there are many dinning options near by that are in walking distance.
