Positive: This hotel is right in the city center, really close to the pedestrian street and the central square. You can walk to the Sun and Moon Twin Towers scenic area. The staff are warm and professional - Jenny helped me book tickets for the Lijiang river cruise, and I really liked it

The sales manager, Jenny, even booked a cruise on the Li River for me - she's very professional and trustworthy. The staff at the hotel are all warm and professional, definitely worth recommending
