Summary: We enjoyed this place. The underhouse table is huge and fit us perfectly. With a propane grill and sink made cooking easy. Really nice and quiet property. Walked around. Went to the Granbury downtown with the sandy beach. Kids loved it. The interior of the house is roomy and fit our group of 16 well. Upstairs is very cool.

Summary: We absolutely had a blast at this place, plenty spacious and an awesome open concept. Looking from the outside you would never think how awesome it is inside. Kids have the entire upstairs for movies and games plenty of seating for adults downstairs. Very awesome room set ups and more than enough space for outside fun! Cookouts footbal fishing you name it A+
