Positive: Betty's River House is absolutely great in every way! The house has 3 bedrooms and all have smart televisions, comfortable beds, and fans of you need them with the central air! All new amenities, beautiful counterpops in the kitchen. Nice living room set and great sunroom! That's in the house but outside there is an acre of property with a boat dock, fish cleaning station with running water directly next to it, private beach area with 2 kayaks to move around the canals, and shower on the dock to rinse off if you get in the water or sand on you! Also there's a patio with gas grill and flat top grill, fire ring, and seating! Plus parking for up to 8 cars! Betty is also a great person to deal with! I surely recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area, you will not be disappointed!

Negative: I can't think of a single thing that I didn't like!

Positive: The cottage is so pretty, comfortable, and well-appointed. It's very private and quiet, too, which was nice. Also, the hosts were very responsive and friendly.

Negative: Nothing. We really enjoyed our stay.
