Summary: The house is as advertised with lots of room for our family of 15. Some issues with the cleaning when we arrived but the owner was very quick to respond and had everything redone for us. Everyone loved the pool and other rec areas, and the location was perfect for groceries, restaurants, etc. 15 minute drive to the beach. The house could use some upgrades/maintenance - dryer, icemaker, internet/TV service. Everything considered, we had a great time and would do it again.

Summary: Had a great stay at this property, had tons of room for all our guests, huge kitchen and the oversized island made everything work great, the in pool lounge area or seating was a huge success, only thing we noticed was there is not a bathroom close to the pool area, so wet feet thought kitchen and bedrooms from the kids who wait till last minute - kids are kids !! We will make this a yearly thing and could not be happier with the house and all it’s amenities

Summary: This is our second year in one of their rentals. House was great and heated pool was enjoyed by all. The only hiccup was the extra cost for a “bonus” room. The listing states 7 bedrooms but fails to provide information that the bonus room is actually the 7th bedroom. It’s a big room with 2 bathrooms but listing needs to be updated. We will definitely stay at this house or one of their others for our family trip! Host is super responsive!

Summary: We booked this house for a family reunion of 18 people back in March. Everyone booked their flights and made travel arrangements. Less than a week before checkin i received a message from the host with checkin/out directions which included a 9:30am check out. I was confused because the listing states 11am checkout. When I questioned her she said it was an error on VRBOs side, our contract states 9:30am, but if no one else rented after us, she would give us late checkout at 11am. I reached out to vrbo to see what was going on and they informed me i had the right to stay until 11am since thats what was listed. The host then called and left me a voicemail stating she didnt appreciate me reaching out to vrbo, late checkout was no longer an option, and we WOULD be off the property by 9:30am. This was not the start we wanted to our vacation. Once we arrived most of the dishes/kitchen items were dirty, like literally had food on them like they were used and put away without being washed and/or cracked/scratched beyond use/broken. There were people and human hairs on the towels and sheets. And to top it off the pool heater was broken for 2 days which we paid for and were never offered a refund. Luckily regarding the pool, Brandon (the maintenance man) was awesome and got the problem sorted out for us. While the house did hold all of us and served the purpose we needed, we will never rent with the company again.
