Summary: This house is fantastic! It is huge and spaced out nicely where everyone has their own privacy. It has everything you need for a big crowd including a big dining room with lots of tables and chairs, double kitchen sinks, double refrigerators and even double washers and dryers. The pool and hot tub were so fun and there’s plenty of seating outside to enjoy lounging around or enjoying dinner on the patio. The river was nice to sit at and fish late in the evening. My family really enjoyed our stay here!

Summary: Had a great time staying at RiverHaus Retreat. The home is beautiful and plenty of space. Was perfect for the 5 families that came with kids. Having the ensuite for each bedroom was awesome! The hosts were very easy to contact if we needed anything. Would love to come back next year!

Summary: The house was perfect in every way. We had 6 couples, and found the home spacious to accommodate all of us comfortably. Having 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers, along with an icemaker was very convenient. Highly recommend the location. It is on the river and a short drive to Gruene and downtown New Braunfels. We were able to do a nice float right from the house that ended at Cypress Bend Park, where we left two vehicles so we could return home. The pool and fire pit were awesome too. We plan to book this house again.

Summary: We had 3 generations staying at this gorgeous property. The bedrooms gave everyone their own space, but the house was open so we could also be together. The outside area’s had plenty of seating along with 2 grills and the heated pool kept everyone entertained during the down times. We will definitely be staying at this property again.

Summary: I booked this property for my 40th birthday - the goal was to have a relaxing weekend with friends cooking, hanging by the pool, and playing games. This property was PERFECT for our stay. The home was clean and very well stocked. While many properties can hold a large group, the spacing of the home allowed privacy and the common areas had more than enough seating for our group of 13. Adding the heated pool option was perfect for the weather and instructions for the hot tub were easy to follow. The fact that there are 2 refrigerators, dishwashers, and washer/dryers made storing groceries and keeping things clean easy. Loved the long dining tables for our Saturday night meal and we were so close to everything we needed. The management team was so quick to respond to any questions and provided amazing service before, during, and after our stay. Highly recommend for families, groups of friends and beyond

Summary: This home was perfect for our family reunion of 20 people, ranging from a baby to elderly grandparents. Has a very private feel, even though it is close to stores and the highway. Large indoor living space, open kitchen with enough space for us to work on meals together. We loved the large dining room with enough tables and seats for the entire group to eat together. The kitchen is well-stocked. Two sinks and two dishwashers make for easier prep and clean up. Amazing amount of refrigerator and freezer space.All bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms except for the bunk house, but it has easy access to half bath in the hallway or the full bathroom in the PoolHaus. Comfortable beds, spacious bunks. Plenty of storage spaces in cabinets and drawers. Comfortable bedding with plenty of extra blankets.Spacious laundry room with two seats of W&D.Heated pool for additional fee was well-worth it. Plenty of pool towels. Plenty of outdoor seating as well as a large, fenced-in grassy area in the yard for playing outside. We were able to play baseball and football on the large, grassy riverbank below.The management company was responsive and helpful. Offered quick responses. One time when an on-site visit was required, sent maintenance promptly. Maintenance worked quickly and professionally.We highly recommend this property!

Summary: We booked this house for our family Christmas and it was perfection! We have rented several houses over the years and this was by far the best, biggest, most stocked and comfortable for a large group we have ever stayed at! We had 15 people in our group ranging from 2-72!

Summary: The property was amazing with incredible views. It was the perfect place for me and my wife to get married at. It was large enough for all of our family to stay at and prepare for the wedding which was at the level grassy area with the river behind us. The house is definitely set up for large groups. We look forward to staying there again, but next time will be to float the river with family. I highly recommend this house.
