Summary: We recently stayed at both of these lovely properties, and could not have been happier! Our daughter was married at Lost mission , which was a short drive away, and it was the perfect place for the bridesmaids to come and have their hair and make up done! Our family members had their four year old grandson with them and they loved feeding the donkeys and the ducks and just being out in the lovely countryside. We would definitely recommend!

Summary: We rented both houses,Oaks Ranch and Haven House. We had people from both sides of our family for a reunion and viewing the eclipse. Unfortunately, it was cloudy on eclipse day, but we enjoyed being together. Both houses were clean and spacious. They had everything that we needed. The kids really enjoyed the carrots to feed the donkeys. Also, making s'mores. The grounds were beautiful! We enjoyed watching the donkeys, cats, ducks and turtles. The fountain in the pond made sitting in one of the swings even more peaceful. If we're ever back in the area, we'd love to stay again!

Summary: My husband and I used this place for a small family get together to celebrate our anniversary. Everyone commented on how beautiful the house was. The adults enjoyed playing horseshoes and the kiddos enjoyed feeding the donkeys. It’s definitely a place we would happily go back to.

Summary: The owners are supper nice, very thoughtful and easy to work with. Our kids loved talking with rhe donkeys each morning, bunk beds super fun. Cottage has high ceilings and excellent views. We had a fire, kids loved glamping. Went into Boerne, much preferred over Fredericksburg, less touristy. Great trip.
