The home boasts three private bedrooms, each with private full bathrooms. The lower level family room offers two extra wide chairs that convert into comfy sleepers.
The kitchen is newly updated, keeping with the mid-century modern flair. It features new appliances and a breakfast bar that seats four and all the amenities you need in cookware and dishes. Skylights let the sunshine stream in while you prepare delicious full meals or waterfront snacks. The dining area table seats eight with water views. A large table on the upper deck and gas grill are perfect for outdoor waterfront dining. The living room features a comfy sectional, floor-to-ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings, and incredible views. The family room on the lower level is equipped with cable TV and extra wide chairs, perfect for movie nights.
The grounds abound with native foliage and luscious landscaping. Walk from the upper deck, to the mid-deck and hammock patio, to the observation deck and extra large private dock. Summary: With family living in the vicinity, we hosted 2024 Thanksgiving for a family of 5 in this property. The property is well appointed and well situated (it's easy to find and convenient). The property offered everything we needed to host a Thanksgiving weekend. It is an absolutely fantastic location. The house and amenities are reasonably maintained but are getting older and dated.

Summary: We had family stay to attend the Army/Navy Game (Navy 31 Army 13). We lived the VRBO. Fantastic views of the river and a very well kept and comfortable house. We would love to visit when it’s warm so we can swim from the docks.

Summary: Had a nice girls weekend away! The location is close enough to Annapolis. Loved spending time on the decks and on the dock. Very peaceful! Place was clean and very spacious Communication was great! Would come back again. Maybe not in the winter as the roads are tight and windy.

Summary: Awesome location. We loved the quiet waterfront location with the decks and dock. Wish they had kayaks to use (but i understand the difficulty with having them). Nice kitchen, lots of windows overlooking the water. Good layout for family. Just wish master BR bath had a shower, and not just a tub. Bike trail near by and close to grocery store.

Summary: Beautiful views, location was perfect, fishing off the dock was awesome, plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved it. Lots of dance parties with the vinyl collection. We highly recommend this vacation rental 👍

Summary: Came to visit our Mid for his birthday and decided to stay outside of DTA this time. We are very glad we did. Much more relaxing experience for us and him. Very clean and well stocked house with beautiful views and river access. Still a very short drive back to the Academy. Will stay here on future visits if it is available. Thank you!
