Located less than 15 minutes from Downtown Annapolis, this newly-renovated spacious home awaits you. Enjoy the large screened-in patio overlooking the spacious fenced-in yard or, head inside to relax in the 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths with a fully-finished recreation room on the lower level.
Families will love that there are multiple hangout spaces throughout the home. Spread out in the main floor great room with the gourmet kitchen overlooking the large flatscreen TV in the living room. The USNA graduate owner has refinished the kitchen with the gourmet chef in mind! Enjoy entertaining your guests while they sit around the kitchen island with seating for 6. Curate a large family meal and spend time around the dining room table with seating for 6 more. Walk out onto the furnished screened-in porch overlooking the quiet private fenced-in backyard.
Head upstairs to the 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The King suite with an en-suite bath has a deluxe luxury shower. The Family guest room has a Queen bed and futon that folds out to a full bed. Summary: Our stay was great. The four of us who stayed are retired teachers who like to take several trips each year. We decided to take on Annapolis Maryland this fall to tour the area. The house was clean, well equipped and not far from Annapolis. If we ever decide to come back to the area we will definitely consider staying here again!

Summary: Our family enjoyed our stay. The house was very cute with a lot of updates and is situated in a nice quiet neighborhood. Super clean and updated finishes. The beds were comfortable & the kitchen had a nice huge island for food prep & seating. Shopping & other activities are a short drive away. Communication with our hosts was answered promptly. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Summary: Coming from NH and beat the 18”snow storm, we meet our son and his family in Arnold. Was intending to take the grandchildren to six flags, but weather was only 50 with wind and clouds. Not much fun on a rollercoaster being cold or frozen, so we stayed in and the kids really enjoyed the game room with air jockey and foosball! Great spot to enjoy family fun! Yard was good for bocce too! Too cold to use the outside deck, but everything was perfect!
