Summary: Very cool older hotel. A little dated, but a fun vibe. It was convenient to have it next to the boat tour dock. We stayed in a room with a spiral staircase which my teen daughter thought was amazing. I loved the view and the balcony. Hotel restaurant was a bit pricey, but about what you would expect. Server was amazing and the food was delicious

Summary: Have a great variety of food at a reasonable price. Beds could be firmer to soft for me. Accessible internet service. Great location and lovely view of the river, and bolt island. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Summary: Staff did their best to accommodate our needs beginning with early check-out. Great location so we could walk to restaurants, shops, and cruise ships. All staff were friendly and eager to help with questions and requests.

Summary: The hotel is in a great location, has parking, and offers balconies with a view of the river. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance of the facility. The room was dated and somewhat beat up as was the lobby.

Summary: Comfortable and clean, upscale for a small town marina hotel, but a bit dated in decor. Pub food was good for dinner & outdoor happy hour music was a nice option.

Summary: Our stay was lovely, the staff is friendly and dining options are great. The property could use some renovations, especially the carpets. Also, people talking in the hallways are quite loud when in your room, the cleaning staff should be told especially when their cleaning room is right next to an occupied room.

Summary: Beautiful hotel, great views, great dining, delicious food and wonderful staff. Only thing was the light carpeting in room was badly stained, could use a good cleaning.

Summary: This hotel and the grounds were very clean and welcoming. The employees from the Front desk, to restaurant, to housekeeping were all very friendly. We dined in restaurant 3 meals. (2 breakfasts and 1 dinner.) There were 4 of us , each ordering something different. We were all very full and satisfied. Because we're all retired we take short overnight or 2-3 day getaways. What a surprise to come back to our room after a day sight-seeing and find housekeeping had replenished our towels and emptied our waste baskets.. something very few hotels do if you're only staying a day or two!! The room with king bed was very comfortable. As were the pillows. No tossing or turning to get fomfortable!. balcony view of the Lake was a great way to begin and end our days. This hotel is very short walking distance to the Uncle Sams boat Tours and downtown shops. We even walked to the Pavillion and Park behind the city's hospital no problem. This city and vacation spot of Alexandra Bay is very clean. No graffiti, no trash or litter, and we felt safe the whole time we were there. Highly recommend
