Positive: Amenities and location were great! Having a balcony room facing the river was awesome. It would’ve been even better if it was warmer lol
Negative: Unfortunately, during my first nights stay it sounded like a herd of elephants above us- it was between 1 and 2 AM so I did not complain- I didn’t really think anyone would be at the desk to take the call. I cannot complain that it happened because I did not report it. It sounded like a WWE wrestling match going on up there.
Summary: It was a quick weekend getaway for four friends to just laugh and have a great time and we did just that! I want to come

Positive: The view was great - the St. Lawrence River is appealing. The check-in staff was friendly. The price was decent for the space you get but I would be disappointed if I payed in-season prices. For a pass thru, single night motel-style stop, it was fine.
Negative: The town is dead with little to no services and the hotel is more like a motel - little there except 2 decks of rooms which were good .... renovated rooms were fairly clean but not super workmanship, washroom rebuild was not well done, room was dark, washroom had insufficient lighting, etc. But it appeared clean for an older facility (on the water), the space (outside the washroom) was roomy and the bed was decent.
Summary: I probably would not recommend it unless I could offer caveats. Ok for affordable, overnight motel.
