Summary: Gorgeous and Immaculate property! This unit is literally just a few steps away from the Blue River. You can sit on the porch and watch the river rushing by. You can also sit in the main area with windows open to hear, as well as see, the river. It’s so calming!! Condo is minutes to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping and yet still feels secluded. Love, Love this property! I will definitely be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We picked River West 814 due to its proximity to the location of our son's wedding. We could not have been happier as it was close to all the needed retail and restaurants in the area, and the best part was the Blue River right outside your patio;)

Summary: This condo was absolutely perfect! It had all of the amenities we would want. There was a slight issue with the heat in the master bedroom, but they took care of it quickly. We will come back!

Summary: One of the nicest properties we have ever stayed at. Quiet , comfortable, spacious. The river outside the back door is a real treat. We will stay here again if given the opportunity.

Summary: Great property. The location is ideal and it’s a first floor unit! Very spacious for my family of four. The view from the patio was of the river. Across from a Target! The unit was clean on arrival and had everything we needed during our stay. Looking forward to go back.
