This newly constructed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king sized bed, queen bed, twin top bunk and a twin size sleeper sofa in the living area. It features hardwood radiant heat flooring, a private balcony with gorgeous views and sounds of the Blue River, private in-unit washer and dryer, and modern finishes throughout. The River West Condos offers a shared hot tub, fire pit's + benches, and walking path's along the Blue River. Guests can also quickly access to all of the shops, restaurants and conveniences of Silverthorne while still being close to everything else Summit County has to offer including Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, A Basin, and golf courses like Keystone River, Keystone Ranch, Breckenridge, Raven Golf Club and more.
The entryway has hooks and a storage closet for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The spacious living area features a unique gas fireplace, mounted Smart TV, ceiling fan, and huge windows allowing for great light and beautiful aspen and river views. The cozy furniture offers plenty of seating and the sofa pulls out into a twin-sized bed. Additional sheets and blankets are in the closet.
The luxury full-sized kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a kitchen island. Summary: The property process from the management company was good. The best part of the property was the patio & view of the river. The living area and kitchen were quite nice. We found the temperature in the unit to be quite warm and a constant fan blowing in the main bathroom. Really warm no flow for air.The main bathroom had a left over bar of soap under the counter.. the rugs in both bathrooms were dirty.If we were charged for cleaning we should get some type of compensation as the bathrooms were not that clean. Another thing… there were no window coverings in the living room kitchen area, didn’t really like that as well. Bedrooms too close together. Probably will not choose this unit again.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the condo and LOVE the creek out the back door. Everything was clean, the kitchen was very usable (had all the utensils and cookware we needed), and our hosts communicated very well. It got warm in the unit, but with opening windows and fans, we were able to cool things off to a fairly comfortable temperature. Would recommend!

Summary: A beautiful location and just the right size for my family. The property is on a trail (and the Blue River) so lots of people walking by. It would be nice if there were window coverings over the sliding doors and large window that face it for a little privacy. There were a few shower and coffee pot issues. Also a blender is always nice to have!

Summary: Overall good stay, nice unit on the ground floor with good parking right outside. Nice to have boot/glove dryer to use after a day skiing. Hot tub was a short walk away and rarely occupied. Unit is warm. We kept the heat off and opened windows mid february to sleep, otherwise it was over 70 degrees in the unit.

Summary: Overall, this was a great apartment. It is a nice unit in a great location, very conveniently located in Silverthorne. I would knock points off for the management company. We were given a code to check in, but the keypad lock was broken. I was not able to get them to respond to my text messages (as I had been instructed) so I had to call the office in order to get help getting into the unit. Not a great way to start a vacation. I was also disappointed at the very small amount of very cheap toiletries that we were provided, we ended up just going to buy some to use. Minor complaints overall, but also they feel they're worth mentioning

Summary: Clean, orderly, everything we needed was there. The sound of the river is so peaceful we loved the fireplace. The kitchen was accommodating. We all slept great. The pull out sofa in the living room was actually very comfortable. Property management was very good at communication. We will likely come back, such an amazing experience for our family.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I think the property itself is beautiful. Great view of the river. I just think there wasn't a lot of care taken on some details that would really help elevate a customer experience. First and foremost, please put some curtains on those big windows in the living room and kitchen! There's absolutely no privacy and people hike that trail right outside. I didn't feel super comfortable and didn't want to leave visible valuables out there. That alarm situation right outside the door was going off at 2 am and I didn't know there was a button to push to turn it off because it's marked outside on that door. I figured it was some security alarm or something as I laid awake the whole time, and I lost half a night's sleep to that thing and it kind of ruined an entire day skiing. I texted property management but they responded like 7 hours later about it. Simple things like there's no butter knives, no salt for simple seasonings when cooking. The shower in the master has a weird ringing noise when it's on. No sponge for the sink. There's WAY too much furniture in the living room to where it's hard to even walk around. Ditch the weird extra red couch and trim down the lounge seating. I wouldn't stay here again overall unfortunately.
