Negative: The housekeeping didn’t clean the one day just made the bed. The next day they opened the door without knocking.

Positive: The hotel has a very nice location, near of the Times Square and Central Park, with a subway station just some meters from the main door, this is a good choice to you stay to visite the some of most important touristic points of New York.

Positive: The location and the rooms are very comfortable. The people that work cleaning the rooms and at the restaurant are very simpatic and make all the efforts to make you feel confortable. Carmen and Victor was very good with me and my 83 years old mama

Negative: The workers from the from desk and the manager where very unpleasant and were very rude with me . I received a package on 24th of july. I went to the front desk to ask for it and they didn’t find my package. I made the formal complain to the delivery service and they guaranteed me that the package was there. I went down to talk to the manager and she didn’t let me explain. She was rude, she didn’t let me talk. After , she went to the deposit and said the package wasn’t there. I had to buy another product. One day before my last day there, I went to the front desk again asking for another package and they delivered me the one they said they didn’t found. My name and the adress was correct and I had to come 3 times to the front desk to ask for it. There were another manager there on that time and she was more polite, apologizing and gave the 2 diaries back. But the thing I want was a more respectful behavior. I cried because I had reason and was very badly treated.

Positive: Great location, breakfast and evening drinks are worth 55$ resort fee, terrace and hotel views.

Negative: The bad sheets are really uncomfy, the room was tired with broken curtains, the hotel was unable to provide umbrellas to all the guests, no basic essentials like cotton swabs in the room.

Negative: The Room Smelt like smelly socks, really stuffy, was too warm. The bathroom was ok, though the shower could do with a good clean to remove mold. Not that they had any control but listening to a man have orgasms was not great. No Kettle to make coffee in the morning. Unfortunately, no Room Service.

Summary: Ideal location for us, staff were friendly & helpful, though the room itself was stuffy and smelly.

Positive: Very comfortable boutique hotel in the hearth of Manhattan. Room very nice and comfortable, both room and common spaces very clean. Super location, at 2 steps from times square and central park. Very nice evening food and drinks at the hotel included in the room price.

Negative: It is difficult to find something negative, besides the rain outside that cannot be accounted to the hotel. The only little struggle I had was the temperature control of the room, I guess the problem was the sadden drop of temperatures outside.
