Positive: Beautifully designed in decor and furnishings. Also the outdoor area is lovely. Very quiet and calm space. Great location, a short walk from Avebury henge and stones. Well appointed kitchen, with top range utensils and kitchen goods. Lovely bathroom and walk in shower. Prosecco on arrival. Lovely throws and blankets.

Negative: Nothing apart from the fact that the twin room bed stopped the door from closing so whoever is in the twin room must sleep with the door wide open.

Positive: Beautiful location. Lovely new, clean and light and bright modern barn house. Ben was very helpful and made our stay easy and relaxing. Very close to the stones and to lovely walks and villages. We hope to return soon.

Positive: Great location once you do find the property. We struggled as we were on foot, and maps on our phones weren’t accurate as they kept sending us to a different Manor Farm even with the correct postcode. When we called the number listed in the description of the property, there was no answer, but we ran into a couple of villagers in the area who were more than happy to help, so we managed to get there in the end. The cottage itself was lovely, exactly as shown in pictures. It had all the main amenities one could possibly need for their stay. Beds were great size and comfortable, the house was clean and looked fresh. We were welcomed with a bottle of Prosecco and a bottle of fresh farm milk, which was wonderful and went down a treat. There were also some useful guides and recommendations for the area. We did have a few small complaints, but overall we would definitely stay here again.

Negative: There was no hair dryer even though it was listed in the description, so I had to improvise and put all the towels on the bathroom heater and used them several times to dry my hair. Normally I can do just fine without washing my hair, but this was specifically a hiking weekend in the countryside, and my hair was dirty from the wind, sweat, and dust, so not having the hair dryer was actually an inconvenience as my hair is really long so takes ages to air dry. We didn’t try to contact the property again as they never returned our first call. Also, the fridge is too small for the size of the property. We were only a couple and there for a couple of days so we managed, but if there were more people (the property sleeps four) staying for longer, they would definitely struggle with fridge space. There was also no washing machine provided, which again was fine for our short stay, but could be an issue for longer stays.
