The air conditioning was too noisy to run at night, which was particularly challenging in Fez’s hot climate. Positive: The breakfast was lovely and comfy thanks to a heater the place was gorgeous to look at and atrium inside of our locked door was beautiful!

Negative: The open areas were too cold and necessitated heaters whenever we sat there...very beautiful interior, but high ceilings and open air above one made for chilliness throughout...

Positive: A stunning palace with an exclusive design, this is one of the best hotels I have been to.

Negative: There was only one nuance in the restaurant. Usually the bill is written down to the room in which you live, and all bills are paid at the time of the check out, but when we came for dinner, the waiter in a very unfriendly manner said that we expect to pay the bill at the end of dinner, and we had to go to the room for a bank card, something was unpleasant. And this upset our stay here a little.
