Positive: The cleanliness, the owner, the location (dead center) and owners welcoming style. The room was also great! The toilet was clean! stayed only for 1 night! Had breakfast on a rooftop of a sister riad operated by his father for 30 MAD/person! Which was nice!

Negative: Bit difficult to find but a local person helped us find. The only small thing was the window right in front of bed! either you have to sacrifice privacy or ventilation! Parked our at underground parking 5-10 minutes walk from Riad near center! in 60 MAD for 24 hours!
